I've only had Peruvian food once before at this great place now closed call Mango in St. Louis. This place, although not as swanky, exceeded my expectations. The bartender was a gem. Not only was her personality lively, but her knowledge of the menu was vast. Although not being Peruvian, she recommended the best dishes to try and they were all heaters. There is so much flavor in each dish I can't begin to describe how elated I was eating. The dessert was decadent and a nice finish to the whole experience. Also tried the Pisco Sour drink for the second time and it was made well, but not my particular taste. Definitely try this place out!

I’m from Lima, Peru and this is the best Peruvian food I’ve tried in Colorado! Every time we visit Colorado we make a stop at Pisco Sour to try their delicious food. Highly recommend. Buen provecho!

Was worried from some of the negative reviews, but my wife is Peruvian and she wanted to try any local Peruvian restaurants while we were passing through Denver. We were both pleasantly surprised by both the food and the service. I often find that with these mixed reviews, you’ll find a preponderance of the negative reviews are not thoughtful criticisms, but angry people who just didn’t get their way.

Delicious food! Very hearty amd great service. It was unfortunate that they ran out of Pisco Sours on that Saturday night but I guess we'll have to try one next time. The dessert was different from wjay im used to but very tasty. I was there to celebrate a friends achievments and had a great time!

The food was phenomenal! Our server, Barbara, gave amazing recommendations. I wish we had a restaurant like this in my hometown. I'll be returning whenever I'm in Denver.

Solid restaurant for Peruvian food and a Latin American ambiance. I ordered the Mar y tierra, my mother ordered a dish that had the word “lomo” in it and my father had a salmon dish. All the dishes were delicious. The plates are expensive but you get bang for your buck. We also ordered a fried banana dessert, milk with rice, and a purple corn dish that were appetizing. The waitress was super nice and be prepared to speak Spanish! I meant it when I say it is a Latin American environment, but all around a great experience.

We had a great meal at Pisco Sour. I had the Aji de Gallina while my partner had the Fettuccine a la Huancaina. While both were delicious, the Fettuccine was amazing. The flavor was so rich and delicious. Our server only spoke Spanish but that was not an issue because I speak Spanish a bit as well.

Best dining experience I've had in a long time. The server/hostess was friendly, bubly and the most hard working girl I have seen, handling all 12 tables with spectacular service. Now, the food... oh the food. We started with the Papa a la Huancaina, which was easily the best appetizer I've had. Followed by Lomo Saltado and Tallarines Verdes con Bistec. I have no words for how good these entrees are. I finished off the meal with their Tiramisu, not peruvian I know, but let me be happy. All in all I would recommend this restaurant to everyone bar none.
